Nouns TV adopts the principles of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), data minimization, and privacy by default. This Policy applies to the website, the mobile, TV and VR apps (including Meta Quest), and the APIs of Nouns TV.

1. DATA NOT COLLECTED

Nouns TV does not collect or store:

Credit card or bank account numbers (payments are processed directly by the payment providers);
Private keys or seed phrases of digital wallets;
Location, microphone, camera, or room/environment data from TV, mobile, or VR devices.

2. DATA COLLECTED

Only the data necessary for the operation of the platform is collected:

2.1 Account data

Email address, username, profile photo, and preferred language;
Public wallet address, when the user chooses to connect a wallet;
Acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

2.2 Creator (Streamer) data

Name, email, and phone number provided when joining as a creator;
CPF or tax identification number and payout details, when required for payments and invoicing (bank details are kept by the payment providers, such as Stripe and Asaas);
Channel information and published content.

2.3 Usage data

Videos watched, likes, follows, comments, and reports;
Purchases, rentals, subscriptions, and donations (amount, date, content, and transaction ID or on-chain hash);
Public data from on-chain transactions (hash, value, date);
Technical data: IP address, device and app type, logs, metrics, and performance.

2.4. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING & COOKIES (GOOGLE ADSENSE)

Nouns TV uses third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements on the website:

Advertising Cookies: Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads to users based on their prior visits to Nouns TV or other websites on the Internet.
DART Cookie: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites across the Web.
Opt-Out Options: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info.

The TV, mobile, and VR apps do not display third-party advertising.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Data is used for:

Authentication and account security;
Execution of platform functionalities (streaming, subtitles, dubbing, channels, and creator tools);
Processing payments and creator payouts;
Moderation, fraud prevention, and copyright protection;
Compliance with legal and tax obligations;
Continuous service improvement.

4. INFORMATION SECURITY

The platform uses:

Encryption in transit and signed, time-limited media URLs;
Strict access control;
Continuous infrastructure monitoring.

5. SHARING

Data is not sold, rented, or commercialized. Sharing occurs only:

With service providers strictly necessary for operation (payment processors such as Stripe and Asaas, email delivery, and infrastructure);
With Google, for advertising on the website, as described in section 2.4;
By legal obligation or court order.

6. RETENTION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

Data is kept only for the period necessary for platform operation and for compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations. The user may delete their account in the profile settings or by request to the contact below; data that must be kept by law is retained only for the required period. Records registered on public blockchains cannot be deleted.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Due to the Web3 nature and the use of global infrastructure, technical data and on-chain records may be processed outside Brazil, always with adequate security standards.

8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The user may request:

Confirmation and access to their data;
Correction;
Deletion, when applicable;
Information about sharing and revocation of consent.

10. CHILDREN

Nouns TV is not directed to children under 16, in line with the minimum age set in the Terms of Use. Users between 16 and 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

11. CHANGES AND LANGUAGE

This Policy may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on the platform. This Policy is available in several languages; in case of divergence, the Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR) version prevails.
